Premarital/Newlywed Coaching

Couples who are engaged or newly married can benefit from Prepare-Enrich framework to work with a Marriage and Family Therapist as they secure a firm foundation for their relationship, deepen their understanding of one another, improve communication, and learn effective problem solving skills. Start with a 60 minute intake session.

Couples Therapy

No matter what stage of the relationship, couples can gain a deeper understanding for their relationship and increase connection through exploration of values, desires, fears, and hopes together. Sitting with a Marriage and Family Therapist offers the opportunity to enhance your awareness of yourself and one another. It helps bolster communication and conflict resolution skills.

Intensives

If weekly sessions aren’t the best fit due to scheduling and/or the main challenge needing to be addressed sooner and more quickly, this might be a great option for you. In intensive sessions we have more time to dive in deeper, to create space for multiple topics, and to get relief sooner. Start with a 50 minute intake session.

  • Supports individuals with treatment resistant depression

  • Provides alternative approach to address a variety of mental health conditions, including depression, post-traumatic stress, chronic pain, addiction, and some forms of anxiety

  • In low doses, ketamine can serve as a supportive adjunct to psychotherapy, as it provides an opportunity for the temporary softening of the psychological defenses, allowing for deeper self reflection and psychotherapeutic processing for a more effective treatment.

Possible Benefits of KAT

  • Some medical and psychiatric conditions need to be treated before you can safely work with KAT. These include hallucinations, untreated mania, cardiovascular disease, uncontrolled hyperthyroidism, increased intracranial pressure, cystitis, or evidence of liver disease.

  • A psychiatric intake process regarding your mental health history will help you determine if you are an appropriate candidate for this work.
